At The Amazing Support Company we are extremely proud of our people. They are on the front line every day and are therefore ambassadors to the reputation that Jamie and David started building ten years ago. They are a small crack team of extremely talented individuals who 's tenacity to help our clients in any way possible means that the experience is extremely personal and you realise that they genuinely do care about getting your problems resolved.
We have been told that we punch way above our weight and have proven time and time again that big does not equal better. There have been countless times where The Amazing Support Company has taken over from a much larger company and the story is always the same. The company has grown too big and does not appear to care anymore. We don't believe in taking on staff for the sake of it. Good process and practise as well as constant measuring of performance mean that we are able to do what a large company does with a fraction of the staff (and overhead) so this means better service for you at a much more reasonable cost.
So who are The Amazing Support Company?
Heading up our Sales and Business Development is Jamie. He knows how to Account Manage, lead from the front and consistently makes our clients feel "warm and fuzzy" whether in a meeting or over a lunch on the company! He also writes a regular article for the ILEX (Institute of Legal Executives) and is often asked to comment on technology matters relating the legal profession. He writes guest blogs for the Legal Futures web site and has appeared on Channel 4 as well as radio stations.
Our Operations Director, David, has had a long and experienced history as Head of IT for law firms so he knows how to run a tight, well-oiled machine. He also knows how to let his hair down from time-to-time, even though he hasn't got much left!
Our Technical Manager, Marc, has managed and implemented some of the largest infrastructure projects for top blue-chip companies but always manages to stay calm and relaxed even for the biggest project. Trust us, there is no one better than Marc in this field!
Our Helpdesk is managed by Neil who has had a considerable career managing an IT Service Desk. He also has the lucky job of supervising all levels of support across our entire team of highly trained technicians and engineers. He ensures that from the start of your issue until the end, your resolution is undertaken professionally, by the most technically relevant person and meeting our service levels for response times.
We are continually complimented on our staff and feel that this is a true reflection of how successful a business is. Part of any good company is also having the best Management Team at their disposal and we are fortunate that our team is one of the industry's best.
