The Amazing Support Company has two core aims which run through everything we do. Firstly we want our clients to be the best protected, most resilient that they can be. We want to know that whatever gets thrown at their systems they don't need to worry about it affected their ability to run their business. Our second aim is to provide the most professional and fun service that we can. We all know how frustrating it is when the computer doesn't work or the email goes down so our goal is to ensure that we not only fix the problem as efficiently as possible but that we also understand it in the context of things and therefore take the serious problems VERY seriously but have a laugh about the slightly inappropriate pop up that comes up when Helen in accounts try's to send an email. These two aims as well as an obsessive desire to provide excellent customer service have seen the business grow from strength to strength over the years. We not a fly by night, working from our bedroom company. We have been established for just less than ten years and employ qualified, professional and lovely people. We have all the relevant accreditations to support you as best we can. We also believe in having a very close relationship with all of our clients. There are no heirs and graces when dealing with The Amazing Support Company and no 'computer says no' we are a small but dynamic team and everyone is always happy to get their hands dirty. The owner cut his teeth for many years driving around with nothing but a screwdriver and is always available to discuss anything with anyone; half the problem is him getting out of your office so you can actually do some work. The Amazing Support Company has grown organically and through small acquisitions we deal with many different sectors but with a particular expertise in the professional and dental landscape. The Owner, Jamie Claret, writes a regular article for the ILEX (Institute of Legal Executives) and is often asked to comment on technology matters relating the legal profession. He also writes guest blogs for the Legal Futures web site He has appeared on Channel 4 and radio. Jamie is a keen networker and puts his success down to the fact that he talks to everyone and loves to listen to people's stories and problems as he has an innate desire to help.
