Good question! The PC Surgery has simply changed names to The Amazing Support Company. The reason for this decision was down to the fact that we are really a business to business IT support business.
The name The PC Surgery has served us well and for some we will always be known as that but we simply found that when we saw new clients we always had to spend the first twenty minutes explaining that "no we were not that shop on the high street that fixed your kids pc."
We feel that the new name sums up very concisely what we are all about. We have always strived to give amazing levels of support but not just that, amazing customer service and and advice, so to a certain extent the name was always staring us in the eye.
All the phone numbers, existing contact details and bank details that you have for us will remain, as will the Ltd company name for the time being. Do please note that all correspondence from now on will be from someone@amazingsupport.co.uk
We can't wait to show you what Amazing Support looks like.
