Jamie Claret elected to the CompTIA UK Channel Community Executive Council for 2018

We are proud to announce that our Co-Founder and Director Jamie Claret has been elected to the CompTIA UK Channel Community Executive Council. Jamie is already a member of the CompTIA Mentor Programme, helping other member businesses within the UK Channel Community who may be facing challenges in their business or need guidance on how to grow. Then, at the last EMEA Partner Conference in London in October 2017 he gave a delegate speech on why he should be elected to the Executive Council. At the end of February 2018, The Executive Committee responded confirming that he had been elected and that they were delighted to welcome him on board as one of their Executive Council Members for 2018.

What is the CompTIA UK Channel Community?

CompTIA Communities are the foundation of the association’s initiatives, programs, education and research. These member-driven groups collaborate to advance specific technologies, business models, geographic territories and industry causes that are vital to the future of the IT industry. CompTIA Community members include IT professionals, vendors, distributors and thought leaders who work together on the issues and programs that will shape the future of the IT industry.

Communication, collaboration and coordination across all of CompTIA’s communities, as well as setting community strategy are the responsibilities of the Community Executive Boards. The CompTIA Community Executive Boards are led by an Executive Council, Chair and Vice Chair. All Executive Council members are elected by community members through annual voting.
