Amazing Support are so very proud to announce that we have won 2nd place (Runner Up) in the FSB Hertfordshire Business Awards 2016 for Best Customer Service.
We were initially 1 out of 12 companies to have been nominated for this award and then 1 out of 6 to become a finalist. To then get 2nd place is massive accolade which shows that we do provide an amazing service by amazing people.
David Share, Director of Amazing Support said, “I say all the time that we’re a customer service company, we just happen to deliver IT support and IT services by proxy. So getting into the finals was appreciation enough for what we do and how we do it, but to actually get 2nd place is a real achievement for all of us at Amazing Support.”
In an email sent to the entire company, David Share wrote, “I’d like to thank you all, our dedicated team, those who we see regularly in our offices and those that we don’t see often. Those who work remotely in London, the UK and around the world as our dedicated consultants and those that also work on-site at our clients ad-hoc and permanently. To all of you, you all collectively make the difference and are all part of this company and make us great. Well done again team, this was a joint effort and I am very proud of you all and our amazing company.”
Directors Jamie Claret and David Share made a special thank you to their exceptional Customer Experience Officer, Anne-Marie Mittleman who helped create and develop The Amazing Way ethos, which runs through the fabric of everything that they do.
Anne-Marie commented, “I am so honoured to have won runner up for this award, its testament to our company ethos ‘The Amazing Way’, our ‘amazing’ way of doing things as opposed to just ‘doing’ things. The Amazing Way is the backbone of our business and with a name like ours, our customer service is truly what makes us amazing.”
David concluded that, “Amazing Support’s aim now is to ensure that we meet the very high expectations set by us and from this award to ensure we consistently deliver an amazing IT and customer support service.”
