I raised a request for via email.  I needed help to set up my new iPad Pro for work.  I received a phone call the same day and was talked through setting up my email and Dropbox accounts.  I am not at all technology minded so always feel a bit reluctant to ask for help over the phone!  However, despite this, instructions were clear and it was clear that Jamie knew what he was talking
